Registration fees

 

Registration fee includes: ice breaker party, admission to scientific sessions, lunches (3 days),

morning and afternoon continuous coffee breaks (3 days), poster wine and cheese (1 day),

conference satchel, a small gift and the memory stick with abstracts.

 

 

Gala Dinner:

 

The Gala dinner will take place in the Honor Courtyard, and it costs 62 €.

 

 

Field excursion fees:

* Double/Single room

 

Payments:

 

Payments can be made in three different ways:

 

1) International bank transfer. Bank details:

2) PayPal

Please send an e-mail to sales@eravelservice.com to receive the link for the payment. This

payment method is subject to an increase of 5% of the fees.

 

3) Credit card

Payment with credit card will be available by the end of February.

 

Cancellation and refunds:

 

The registration fee for the congress will not be refunded except for cancellations in cases of force

majeure. Registration fee will only be refunded if the notice of cancellation is received before June

30 th , 2018 and the fee will be refunded in part. The requested refund (50% registration fee originally

paid) will be sent to the registrant after the congress. After June 30 th , 2018, no refund will be

possible even if the participant does not attend the congress.
